Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up messes quickly then a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops I've tested have top-notch mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.
They're also simple to use with an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and check on how they're working on.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge features you should look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This premium vacuum is quick and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few on-screen buttons for manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to alter the cleaning mode in accordance with the level of dirt. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using mopping pads that are damp.
The mop's roller has a number of other smart features, including docks that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8, you can use voice commands to set rooms cleaning options and precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's one of a variety of robot vacuums that also feature mops but comes at a cheaper price than most of the competition.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves establishing an account with the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will start vacuuming and mops with ease.
It's important to note that the mapping process may take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get an accurate image of your living space. In addition the detection of objects can be unpredictable and it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to flip it over to get free. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those who need an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubs. This results in floors being cleaned, not just cleaned. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that allows you to get into places that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.
This model is nearly identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and a few other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home and offer the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each job to wash their pads, empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This helps keep the system clean, and stops allergens from circulating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without needing a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It is equipped with powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets, and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously misting with water to capture dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective, navigating close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. However, it struggled with finely engrained debris and didn't always remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also very high, which means this model may not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.
Like many robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on a routine schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all of its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top vacuums/mowers that are available. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, and even customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating the carpet.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free center for maintenance, automatically washing and drying the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins every time they need to be empty.

6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office spotless and also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create a map of your home, so it knows which areas to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.
It also has some outstanding standout features, including a self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and customize settings for every room in your home.
It features the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to save time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the extra money for the Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is an excellent choice. It offers a broad range of features like self-emptying dustbins and the water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can maneuver around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, it can't take care of knotted rug tassels and its battery drains slightly faster than other models in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however, it performed very well overall. It also includes a wide selection of cleaning options to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for rooms with carpet. affordable robot vacuum can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped areas. It's very quiet and fast and does a great job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take photos of any object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they won't be picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and aren't tied to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming but isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it basically drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
